We ONLY accept Cash, Debit, Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Bank Wire Transfer. All Business or Personal Checks must be accompanied by Buyer's Bank Letter of Guarantee that Buyer's Bank will honor Buyer's check up to $........... Dollar amount. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR ON SALE DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.Land Auction Service will require a Bank Letter of Guarantee to be faxed to (239) 936-0441 or emailed to frankie@landauctionservice.com. Below is a sample Bank Letter of Guarantee:
"Mr./Ms. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his/her account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that NO stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter."
If you are unable to obtain a Bank Letter of Guarantee, contact Land Auction Service for any special consideration.
BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyer’s Premium of FIFTEEN (15) percent will be added to the bid price to arrive at the purchase price with a FIVE (5) percent discount when paying by cash or good check.
Internet bidders will be charged an additional 2% buyer's fee.
SALES TAX: Six (6) percent sales tax will be collected, unless you bring a copy of your 2010 Sales Tax Exemption Form and Sales Tax Number. You MUST present a copy at time of registration. NO SALES TAX NUMBER, BE PREPARED TO PAY SALES TAX. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• $0 TO $50.00 = 40%
• $51.00 TO $300.00 = 30%
• $301.00 TO $500.00 = 20%
• $501 AND UP = 10%
NO SALES - $50.00 on Trucks & Equipment
A LICENSED CAR DEALER (Florida Truck & Equipment Sales - Auction Division) will be on-site to handle all title transfers. Please bring proof of insurance and a separate check for your titled vehicle transfer and recording fees.
The dealer will have available temp tags for your convenience to drive away from sale site.
Dealer Fees apply to all titled vehicles & ATVs
The State of Florida has increased all title & license fees so the below scale has been adjusted according.
• Administration Fee -- $100.00
• Bus Tag Fee -- $425.00 (Difference will be refunded)
• Car Tag Fee -- $ 425.00
• Transfer Tag Fee -- $ 150.00
• Temporary Tags -- $10.00
• TITLE ONLY -- $100.00
DEALER'S EXEMPT - MUST PRESENT A COPY OF 2010 DEALER'S LICENSE AT REGISTRATION TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.
**ALL DEALERS WILL BE ASSESSED A $25 TITLE FEE PER VEHICLE**
A TITLE MUST ACCOMPANY A VEHICLE INCLUDING ALL TRAILERS FOR IT TO BE PLACED ON THE YARD TO SELL. THE PUBLIC VIN NUMBER MUST BE LEGIBLE AND MUST MATCH THE TITLE. ATVS AND DIRT BIKES ARE NOW REQUIRED TO BE TITLED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. YOU MUST BRING YOUR BOAT REGISTRATION ALONG WITH YOUR BOAT TRAILER REGISTRATION FOR TRAILERS UNDER 2,000 LBS. FOR ALL TRAILERS OF ANY KIND OVER 2,000 LBS, YOU MUST BRING YOUR TRAILER TITLE WHEN YOU BRING YOUR TRAILER OR IT WILL NOT BE PUT IN THE SALE.
A Bill of Sale or some proof of ownership must accompany a piece of non-titled equipment for it to be placed on the yard to sell.
Take your non-titled trailer to the scales at a Truck Stop or salvage yard, get it weighed, go to DOT and get a title. Do not bring non-registered/non-titled trailers to the sale. Trailers weighing 2,000 lbs. or more require titles in the State of Florida.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR REGISTRATIONS AND/OR TITLES FOR ANY VEHICLE YOU BRING TO THE SALE, THEY WILL NOT BE PLACED IN LINE TO SELL.
